How much a gallon is petrol in the U.S.A. these days?
In england we are paying over £5 a gallon, which is about 10 dollars a gallon in America
Have i got a right to have a little moan or should i pretend that everything is ok and carry on?

As a citizen in a free society, you do have the right to moan and complain. If you don’t start now, as we are doing in the States where I live, then that will give the oil companies unchecked power and no one will be taken to task for the obvious case of worldwide gouging.

In the uk , it is not just the oil companies what are putting up the price. it is also this so called labour government what put on a great amount of tax on it.
Depends on where you go, but I have seen it go for as much as £1 gallon in the US.
If fuel was one pound twenty a litre before xmas[excuse being, oil was 150 dollars a barrel]….then how come fuel is 89 pence a litre in january 2009,but oil is now selling at 30 dollars a barrel,,,,,,,something stinks
